Fighting Iguanas Get 2-1 Win Versus Manchester
The Boca Raton Fighting Iguanas scored a tight, 2-1 win versus the Manchester Mooses at Scripps Field. Boca Raton pitcher Randy Savage held his own in the contest. With the win, the Fighting Iguanas are 15-57.

With scoring opportunities rare, the Fighting Iguanas had to cash in when they had the chance. One such opportunity presented itself in the bottom of the second, when designated hitter Chris Edwards hit a run-scoring single. The single came off Nelson Armas and made the score 2-1, Fighting Iguanas. Edwards was 1-2 with a walk and was hit by a pitch.

"From pitch one to the last pitch, Randy was aggressive," said Boca Raton manager Tomohiro Harada.
