The bat of Lee Peterson helped the Caribbean Commies top the Wichita Storm, 10-6, in 12 innings. Peterson was 3 for 6 with a home run, 2 singles, and a walk. Caribbean needed the clutch hitting of Alex Pardo to seal the deal. The designated hitter swatted a solo home run in the top of the 12th inning to put the Commies on top, 7-6. For the game, Pardo had 1 home run and 1 single in 4 at-bats.
