Moritz Leads Thunder to 12-11 Win Over Cyclones
The Key West Thunder outscored the Brooklyn Cyclones, 12-11. Among the hitting stars was first baseman Matt Moritz. Moritz, who is tied for 5th in the RR with a .549 on-base percentage, went 2-3 with 2 home runs and 2 walks, while scoring 4 and driving in 4. The win went to Tyrese Jackson in relief. His record improves to 1-0. Moises Lozano took the loss. Getting the save was Danny Trevino, his 1st.

With the bases empty and two out in the bottom of the eighth inning, third baseman Willie Castillo delivered big for the Thunder. Key West was trailing 10-9 when he belted a solo home run.
