The Thunder Bay Lighting faced a tough opponent in Boca Raton pitcher Manny Diaz, but did just enough to pull out the victory at Lightning Grove by a final score of 5-2. Diaz went 7 innings and allowed 4 runs. Jose Ramirez snagged the win in relief. The right-hander allowed 2 runs on 2 hits over 3 innings. He's now 4-0 on the season.
