Thrilling Walk-Off Win for Scorpions
Scottsdale second baseman Omar Ruiz picked up 3 ribbies while helping his team beat back the Brooklyn Cyclones, 7-6. The Scorpions, at 15-20, have now won 4 straight.

The decisive blow was delivered by Izzy Rodriguez in the bottom of the ninth when he hit a solo home run off 18-year old right-handed pitcher Juan Diaz to win the game for Scottsdale. The home crowd went nuts.

"What an ending!" said a jubilant Ruiz.
