Felix Tags Caterpillars for 6 Hits
After a 6-hit effort to lead Wichita's 32-6 victory over the Easton Caterpillars, center fielder Pablo Felix told BNN beat writers it had been "a special day."

"It really doesn't matter whether it's sandlot ball, high school or college, two hits in a game is nice," he said. "Three or four is better, but five or more is out of sight. And to do that at the ROOKIE LEAGUE-level is really something special."

The 21-year-old player earned his accolades at Knockout Stadium by Brooklyn Decker with a spectacular 6-for-7 game against the Caterpillars.

"His swing is getting there," said Storm skipper Daniel Carrasco, who spoke glowingly of Felix after the game. "We want him to be quick with his swing, short and compact. We want him to be patient and go the other way when he can. Pablo did that to perfection."

Pablo Felix flied out in the 1st, hit a GRAND SLAM off Cody Ardis in the 1st, hit a two-run home run off Damian Carbajal in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, hit an RBI single in the 5th, hit a GRAND SLAM off Edgar Rubio in the 6th, walked in the 7th and doubled in the 8th.
