Easton had no answer for Scottsdale Scorpions hurler Vincent Galindo, who overwhelmed Caterpillars hitters as the Scorpions coasted to victory, 6-1. With the win, Scottsdale upped its record to 19-8.

Galindo, the winner, is now 2-1. In 9 innings of work, he gave up 1 run on 3 hits, while collecting 9 Ks. He essentially shut down the Easton offense.
