Sabercats Roll Past Mooses, 8-2

The Sedona Sabercats welcomed the Manchester Mooses to an night game at The Lair at Sabercat Field.
Sedona picked up a win at The Lair at Sabercat Field, bumping off the Manchester Mooses, 8-2. Pitcher Man-ho Kang was a major reason the Sabercats emerged victorious. The winner was Kang. He threw 7.1 innings of shutout ball. The loser was Danny Cantu.
Sedona catcher Pedro Marquez contributed a timely at-bat in the bottom of the first. With two down, he hit a fastball to left-center field for a 2-run single. It was his 6th hit of the season and put the Sabercats ahead, 3-0.
"Man-ho gave us a really strong effort," said Sedona manager .
The win makes Sedona 15-43, nothing to write home about.
