Victor Oceguera never let Thunder Bay get something going. The Scottsdale right-hander commanded his fastball in pitching the Scorpions to a 5-1 win. Oceguera picked up the win for Scottsdale, going 6.2 innings. He gave up 1 run on 5 hits. He now sports a record of 1-0. Tamaichi Ri collected save number 1.
