The Yuma Varmits gave their fans something to talk about with a thrilling, walk-off win.

The Yuma Varmits downed the Normal Nutcrackers, 6-4, in 11 innings at The Range. Manny Ortiz led the way, going 2-for-5 for Yuma. After today's action, Yuma sits at 17-24; Normal slips to 14-29.

Yuma got a knockout punch from Luis Santis. The shortstop hammered a 3-run home run in the bottom of the 11th inning to win the game. It might've been his only hit, but it decided the outcome.

"There's nothing like the buzz of a walk-off win," Santis said.
