Free Falling Caterpillars Lose Again
Thunder Bay shortstop Antonio Vasquez had a 3-RBI game, which proved instrumental to his team beating the Easton Caterpillars, 11-5. Vasquez picked up 3 singles and 1 double in the ballgame. The win went to Bobby Chavez in relief. His record improves to 2-0. Jesus Gomez took the loss. Now 4-38, Easton has dropped 11 straight.

Tim Weaver had a key at-bat with two out in the bottom of the second for Thunder Bay. With the bases loaded and the Lighting leading 1-0, he drew a walk, driving in 1 run.
