Moose Head Stadium was the site of the home opener for the Manchester Mooses. The contest featured a prime matchup between Brad Helmick of the visiting Sylva Miners and Luppe Frijters of the Mooses. The final score was 3-2, the Miners getting the win. Brad Helmick turned in the best performance.
