Earthquakes Squelch Blazers Offense in Shutout Win
The San Francisco Earthquakes defeated the Bloomington Blazers, 3-0, in Thurman Munson League action at Golden Gate Park. San Francisco pitcher Rosario Lulli had a standout performance. With the win, San Francisco has a record of 84-77. Bloomington falls to 103-58.

The Earthquakes grabbed the lead in the bottom of the fourth. With one out, Robby Peppers hit a solo home run off Jared Simms, putting San Francisco in front, 2-0. For Peppers, it was his 9th home run of the season.

"We feel like we're going to win every game right now," said San Francisco skipper Joe Taylor.
