Barbados got a terrific performance from pitcher Danny Fontalro, but it wasn't enough to beat the Manchester Mooses. Manchester won the The Drunken Wench Stadium contest, 7-2. Fontalro threw 8.0 innings of 4-hit ball for the losing team. Manchester reliever Javy Mercado snagged the win, upping his record to 3-0. Andres Vasquez shouldered the loss. The Mooses saw their record improve to 18-17.

Who knows how it might've ended, had it not been for Robby Juarez? The Manchester first baseman had a 2-run single in the top of the ninth inning to put the Mooses on top, 5-2. For the game, Juarez had 1 double and 2 singles in 5 at-bats.

"We put our best foot forward tonight," said a smiling Juarez.
