The Quebec Armada topped the Buffalo Bison, 7-3, in Thurman Munson League action at Lucky 7 Ballpark. The game was highlighted by the performance of Quebec pitcher Gilles Bousquet. Bousquet, the winner, moves to 10-9. He threw 8 innings of 4-hit ball, while fanning 1 and giving up 2 walks. The last-place Armada go to 69-85.

The Armada got a big at-bat from designated hitter Oscar Baez. For the game, Baez was 1 for 3 with a home run and a walk, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once. In the bottom of the fourth, with a runner on 1st, he stroked a 2-run home run. His 24th home run of the season gave Quebec a 3-1 lead.
