Tucker Impressive in Chicago Win
|
In a tight game between the Chicago Eclipse and the Vancouver Pioneers, pitcher Brendan Tucker was terrific on the mound. The Chicago left-hander helped his team to the 3-1 win. The second-place Eclipse now have a 5-game winning streak.
Tucker was in the zone all game. He frustrated Vancouver hitters while giving the Eclipse 7 innings of quality work. Tucker threw 72 pitches, allowing 1 hit and getting 8 punchouts.
"I had pretty good command out there," said Tucker.
