The Milwaukee Millers defeated the Eureka Hornets, 8-6, at The Mandalore Complex. Daniel Reyes, who is tied for 10th in the TML in triples with 6, was a standout performer for Milwaukee. His 3 hits included 2 singles and 1 double -- this in addition to the 2 runs he scored and 1 he knocked in. Jorge Torres came out of the bullpen to earn the win. The right-hander allowed no runs on 2 hits in 2.2 innings. His record now stands at 8-12. Milwaukee now sits at 73-78, while Eureka falls to 84-67.

In the bottom of the fourth, with runners on 1st and 3rd, Reyes came to the plate. He hit a sacrifice fly off Bobby Loscalzo to put the Millers in the lead, 5-4.

"We were able to put some good swings on some pitches," Reyes told the Milwaukee Gazette.
