Ridge Runners Get 8-4 Win Versus El Paso
The Eagle Rock Ridge Runners beat the El Paso Mavericks, 8-4, at The Corral. Eagle Rock first baseman Jon Pyne had the hot bat. He went 4 for 5 with a home run and 3 singles. He drove in 2 runs and scored once. Bryan Young earned the save, his 15th, for the Ridge Runners. Eagle Rock, at 58-92, sits in 6th place in the Roberto Clemente League Christian Latulippe Division.

With Eagle Rock leading 3-2 in the top of the fifth, Pyne hit a fastball from Malik Combs for a solo home run. It was his 19th home run of the season and put the Ridge Runners ahead, 4-2.
