The Cairo Pharaohs turned back the Hawaii Honu, 4-3, at The Pyramid. Riley Timms, in particular, had a fine performance. He was 2-4 with a home run, while adding 4 RBI and scoring once. Cairo is now 60-90, Hawaii 78-72.

With Cairo leading 1-0 in the bottom of the fourth, Timms hit a slider from Carlos Avila for a 3-run home run. It was his 6th home run of the season and put the Pharaohs ahead, 4-0.

"We were the better team," crowed Timms.
