Eddie Galloza, who is tied for 7th in the TML with a 4.48 ERA, propelled his team to victory over the Montreal Jazz. The final score was 9-4, Montreal. Galloza, now 14-8, was the winner. In 7.1 innings, he gave up 8 hits, while striking out 6, walking 1, and allowing 4 runs. This loss makes it 7 in a row for Montreal.

Cody Jaeger had a big 2-run double for the Mounties in the top of the fourth inning. It was his 34th double of the season, and more importantly, it put the Mounties ahead, 6-3.

"Everyone's kind of edgy right now," said losing manager Pedro Gonzáles, "but nothing a couple of wins wouldn't cure."
