Fighting Iguanas Hope Win Turns Around Slow Start
The Boca Raton Fighting Iguanas picked up a win at Scripps Field, defeating the Manchester Mooses, 4-2. Starting pitcher Fernando Arriaga was an essential part of his team's success. Tony Zacarias earned the save for Boca Raton, his 3rd. Boca Raton, now 5-15, is off to a slow start.

The Fighting Iguanas got a big at-bat from first baseman Jon Leal. For the game, Leal went 2 for 3 with a double and a walk. He drove in 2 runs. In the bottom of the sixth, with runners on 2nd and 3rd, he stroked a 2-run double. His 3rd double of the season gave Boca Raton a 3-2 lead.
