The Walnut Creek Warriors picked up a win at Copps Park, defeating the Manhattan Slice, 4-1. Starting pitcher David Godinez was an essential part of his team's success. In 6.2 innings, Godinez surrendered 6 hits, while striking out 6 and walking 2. He allowed no runs.
