Danny Sanchez impressed in the 8-5 Rockville win over Caribbean. Sanchez, who leads the RR in runs scored with 27, was 2 for 4 with a home run, a triple, and a walk, while scoring 2 and driving in 2. The winner was Alex Martinez in relief. His record improves to 3-0. Francisco Acuna took the loss. The win lifts Rockville to a record of 14-3.

Willie Aguilar had a big bases-clearing triple for the Rangers in the bottom of the sixth inning. With Rockville leading 4-3 and the bases loaded, he got a fastball from 19-year old right-handed pitcher Manny Navarro and swatted a triple to right-center. It was his 1st triple of the season, and more importantly, it put the Rangers ahead, 7-3.

"I feel like we're rolling now," Sanchez told the Rockville Gazette."The dugout is coming alive."
