The Huntington Station Ramrods beat the Bighorn Bison, 7-4, at Ram Brewery Ballpark. Huntington Station first baseman Chris Kern had an outstanding performance. He went 3 for 5 with a home run and a double. He scored 2 times and drove in 2. Dusty Miranda earned his 10th save, after closing out the game. Huntington Station bumps their record to 66-79 with the win.

Huntington Station used a timely hit from Brian Carl to get the win. The shortstop stroked a 2-run double in the top of the seventh inning to put the Ramrods ahead, 6-4. It was his only hit in 5 at-bats, but it made an impact.

"I just tried to see the ball and put a good swing on it," said Kern.
