Luchadores Win Streak Reaches 6

The Mexico City Luchadores withstood a fine game by Montreal shortstop Bob Enriquez at The Royal Grounds, to upend the Jazz, 6-2. Enriquez hit 2 home runs. The third-place Luchadores have won 6 in a row.
The Luchadores got a big at-bat from center fielder Ghaysun Azizi. For the game, Azizi went 1-4 with a home run, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once. In the bottom of the third, with a runner on 1st, he stroked a 2-run home run. His 11th home run of the season gave Mexico City a 2-1 lead.
"I believe in our guys," said Mexico City skipper Prince Percival Papenfuss. "I like the energy they're playing with."
