Butterflies Win Squeaker, 7-6, Over Hornets
The Pennsylvania Butterflies needed 17 innings to defeat the Eureka Hornets, 7-6, at The Kaleidoscope. Pennsylvania center fielder Bobby Shaw had a superb performance. He went 5 for 8 with a home run, a double, and 3 singles, while scoring 2 runs and driving in 3. Pennsylvania has won 3 straight, while Eureka has lost 3 in a row.

The clutch at-bat came in the bottom of the 17th inning, when Pennsylvania shortstop Angus Bonscott, facing Bob Vasquez, had a run-scoring sacrifice fly. It gave the Butterflies the 7-6 win.

"This place was rockin'," said Bonscott.
