The Milwaukee Millers topped the Bighorn Bison, 4-3, in 10 innings at Ram Brewery Ballpark. The game was highlighted by the performance of Milwaukee pitcher David Lopez. The winner was Steve Herring in relief. His record improves to 5-6. Tim Giannetta took the loss. Milwaukee bumps their record to 71-70 with the win.
Milwaukee needed the clutch hitting of David Pastrana to notch the win. The right fielder hammered a solo home run in the top of the tenth inning to put the Millers on top, 4-3. For the game, Pastrana had 1 home run and 1 single in 5 at-bats.
"David kept his poise and got the job done," said Milwaukee manager Kakuzo Kobayashi. "He was outstanding."
