Riverside Beaten, 5-4, by Baie-Comeau

Led by Tim Snook, the Baie-Comeau All Blacks downed the Riverside Poly, 5-4. Snook was 2-4 with a home run, a double, and a walk, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once for the All Blacks. Baie-Comeau reliever Kevin Auman snagged the win, upping his record to 2-0. Ted Zaccheo shouldered the loss. Howard Garbie picked up the save, his 2nd.
Baie-Comeau used the timely hitting of Roger Carroll to seize the win. The designated hitter stroked a 2-run single in the top of the eighth inning to put the All Blacks on top, 5-4. It was his only hit in 3 at-bats, but it was a game-changer.
"Winning is hard sometimes," said All Blacks manager Chris Darbonne. "This one was nice to get."
The All Blacks improved their record to 23-43 with the win over Riverside.
