Dennis Allen knocked in 3 runs to help Cabo San Lucas beat Pennsylvania, 5-4. The Mississauga, Canada native tallied 1 single and 1 home run. Andy Carr sewed up the save, his 9th. Cabo San Lucas, at 30-54, occupies last place in the Roberto Clemente League International Division.
Cabo San Lucas grabbed the momentum in the top of the fifth, when Allen hit a 3-run home run off Robby Welsh. His 8th home run of the season put the Toreros out in front, 5-2.
"I was a little disappointed," said Pennsylvania manager Aaron Barnes. "We could've and should've scored more runs."
