Cairo Shuts Out Chicago, 3-0
|
Chicago were shut out, 3-0, by Cameron Mutton and the Cairo Pharaohs at Millennium Field. The Eclipse offered little resistance to Mutton, who stopped them on 5 hits, fanned 4 and walked 1.
"It just felt right today," the right-handed Mutton told reporters after the win. "Even with the rain, it didn't throw me off my rhythm."
So far this season, Mutton has 5 wins and 5 losses and a 5.31 ERA.
