Late Rally by Lions Secures 7-2 Win
The performance of Nate Power proved critical in helping Lerna beat Montreal, 7-2. The Lions left fielder was 1 for 3 with a home run and a walk, while adding 5 RBI and scoring once. Lerna reliever Mario Serrano picked up the win, upping his record to 3-0. Mike Bishop was saddled with the loss. Lerna is now 25-22.

Lerna used the timely hitting of Chris Ditzenberger to seize the win. The shortstop stroked a run-scoring single in the top of the eighth inning to put the Lions on top, 3-2. It was his only hit in 4 at-bats, but it was a game-changer.

"We're all smiles after that win," Ditzenberger told the Lerna Chronicle.
