  USFBL - 2008 - 26 Inning Game!
Chris Sampson went 3 strong innings and Scott Hairston cracked a homer as the Gatineau Knicks defeated the Lewiston Sea Dogs in 26 innings 6 to 5 at Yankee Stadium.

The score was knotted at 3 after nine innings. Gatineau won the game in the 26th inning. Mark Teixeira drew a walk. Carl Crawford was next and he delivered a base-hit. After an out was recorded, Alberto Callaspo stepped up to the plate and he laced a one-base hit making Gatineau victorious to the delight of the the home town crowd. Lewiston had 22 hits in the game while Gatineau had 19, but Gatineau had the more timely hits.

The victory went to Brian Moehler(7-10) who went 3 innings, allowing 1 run. Chan Ho Park(3-5) was hit with the loss in relief. He allowed 12 hits and 4 walks in 13 and 1/3 innings.
