Grogan Stretches Hit String to 25 Wednesday, September 17th , 2064 River Falls first baseman Andrew Grogan keeps on racking up hits every time he plays. His hitting streak now stands at 25 games after collecting 1 hit at LoanDepot Park. The Falcons earned the 9-5 victory over the Media Luna Marlins. "I have been seeing the ball really good the last few weeks, but I am a bit surprised how things are working out," Grogan said. "I've gotten a couple flares to drop in, so I've also been a little lucky." Andrew Grogan grounded out in the 1st, flied out in the 4th, singled in the 6th, walked in the 7th and walked in the 8th. Currently Grogan is batting .424 with 5 home runs, 65 RBIs and 66 runs scored. |
