River Falls got a terrific performance from pitcher John Miller, but it wasn't enough to beat the Toronto Blue Jays. Toronto won the Exhibition Stadium contest, 1-0. Miller threw 7.1 innings of 3-hit ball for the losing team. Victor Crawford zipped up his 6th save. Toronto is rocking and rolling at 144-18.

Corey Craig drew 1 walk for Toronto. The 22-year old shortstop had a key at-bat in the bottom of the eighth. With two out and the bases loaded, he broke a 0-0 tie with a run-scoring walk off Doug Minkler. It was his 48th walk of the season.
