Buffalo first baseman Connor Gaudet made his presence felt in the 11-8 Bison triumph over the Pennsylvania Butterflies. Gaudet slugged 3 home runs. He drove in 4 runs and scored three times. The first-place Bison lifted their record to 83-56.

Gaudet contributed a big hit, a 2-run home run, for Buffalo in the bottom of the first. With his team trailing 1-0, Gaudet took a changeup from Juan Cervantes and stroked the home run to left. His 33rd home run of the season allowed the Bison to leap in front, 2-1.

"We'd like to put some distance between ourselves and the rest of the division," said Gaudet.
