Victory Pushes Swallows Record to 14-11
The Tokyo Yakult Swallows racked up a win at Frogs Ballpark, bumping off the Hiroshima Toyo Carp, 6-2. Bobby Luther, who started for Tokyo Yakult, pitched effectively for his team. Ankur Sulagna got credit for the save for Tokyo Yakult. It was his 1st of the year. Tokyo Yakult is now 14-11.

Wasaburo Inoue drove in one run for Tokyo Yakult. The 23-year old right fielder had a key at-bat in the top of the sixth. With one out and runners on 1st and 3rd, he broke a 0-0 tie with a run-scoring sacrifice fly off Heishichi Sugihara. It was his 8th RBI of the season.

"You can't get too high when things go well, or too low when things go bad. Right now, I'm just happy we got the win," Inoue told the Tokyo Yakult Herald.
