Victoria used a superb performance from starting pitcher Jeff Kramer to down the Arlington Stars, 3-0. Joe Pierce earned the save for Victoria, his 43rd of the year. The losses continue to mount for Arlington, which has now dropped 6 in a row.

Esteban Soto had a direct impact on the outcome. Soto contributed a solo home run in the top of the fifth inning to put Victoria up, 2-0.
