Steelhounds Show Moxy in 3-2 Win
Brighton turned a good effort from starter Dave Dunham into a win over the Surrey Thunderbirds at Steelhounds Grounds. The Steelhounds won the game, 3-2. Brighton reliever Walt Malone snagged the win, upping his record to 6-2. Salvador Reyes shouldered the loss. The Steelhounds are now 104-48, while the Thunderbirds fall to 91-60.

Brighton got a clutch hit from Cody Gounaris. The pinch hitter launched a solo home run in the bottom of the ninth inning to win the game. It was his only hit in 1 at-bat, but it was a kill shot.

Brighton manager Freddie Baseball attributed the win to "a little bit of this and a little bit of that."
