The Lerna Lions overcame a pretty good performance by Terra Linda right fielder Mike O'Neill, beating the Trojans, 10-7, at Ballpark of Ecatepec HS. O'Neill went 2 for 3 with a home run, a triple, and a walk. He scored 3 times and drove in 3. Matt Gramling earned save number 2 this season. The 4th-place Trojans dropped to 12-15.

Kyle Brunner chipped in a 3-run home run for Lerna in the bottom of the first. For the game, the second baseman had 2 hits in 4 at-bats with 1 home run, 1 single, 1 run scored, and 3 RBI.
