Riverside and Frontance duked it out at Apollos Ballpark and the Poly came out victorious.

A 3-RBI performance from Ben Bobo, who is tied for 8th in the HALL in hits with 35, helped the Riverside Poly beat the Frontance Falcons, 9-7. Reliever Sam Farro picked up the win. His record improves to 2-0. Sean Jordan took the loss.

Marcus Day hit a run-scoring double off Sean Jordan in the bottom of the sixth, which put the Poly in front, 6-5. In addition to the double, Day had 1 single, while going 2 for 4.

"We need to keep playing good baseball," Day told the Riverside Citizen.

The 4th-place Poly improved to 11-11.
