Falcons Prevail, 4-2, Over Baie-Comeau
|
The Frontance Falcons topped the Baie-Comeau All Blacks, 4-2, in Hank Aaron Little League action at Chickenhawks Stadium. The game was highlighted by the performance of Frontance designated hitter Tom Pottle. Getting the save was Ian Cameron, his 3rd. The win puts Frontance at 13-9 this season.
In the bottom of the third, with the bases loaded, Pottle came to the plate. He drew a walk, driving in 1 run off Chad Sharkey to put the Falcons in the lead, 1-0.
Pottle attributed the win to his team's "focus and intensity."
