Falcons Lose, 7-3, as Thoroughbreds Rally
Aiken parlayed a decent outing from starter Loan Gérard into a solid win over the River Falls Falcons. The final score was 7-3. At 85-36, the Thoroughbreds are currently first in the TML LA West Division.

Jose Moreno came through with a big-time hit for Aiken. The pinch hitter smacked a 2-run home run in the top of the eighth inning to give his team the lead, 5-3. It was his only hit, but it was clutch.

"Loan pounded the strike zone and made good pitches when he needed to," said Aiken manager David Flecha.
