Saints Roll to 12-3 Win Over Capitals
Trois-Rivieres starter Roy Mailman had a strong outing against the Victoria Capitals at Ballpark of Chilliwack College. The left-hander was a big part of his team's 12-3 win. Mailman went 9 innings to notch the win. He scattered 6 hits, walked 3, and struck out 8. His record improves to 3-5. Even with the win, the Saints have a dismal 19-36 record.

It could have been a different outcome for Trois-Rivieres, had it not been for Chris Pottle, the 19-year old second baseman . Pottle contributed a run-scoring walk in the top of the second inning to put Trois-Rivieres up, 2-0.

"Roy is tough when he's hitting his spots," said Trois-Rivieres manager Jorge Ayala.
