Steelhounds 6-4 Victors Over Martinsburg

The Martinsburg Maulers and Brighton Steelhounds left the fans buzzing.
The Brighton Steelhounds downed the Martinsburg Maulers, 6-4, the largest share of the credit belonging to second baseman Kennan Lannigan. On the day, Lannigan went 1 for 2 with a home run, a walk, and was hit by a pitch, while scoring 2 times and driving in 3 for the Steelhounds. The win for the Steelhounds raised their record to 69-34.
Izzy Rodriguez had a timely hit in the bottom of the fifth inning. With one out and the bases loaded, the Brighton first baseman hit a run-scoring single. That put the Steelhounds in front, 5-4.
