Ben Waugh was the difference-maker for the Toronto Blue Jays in what turned into a shootout with the Aiken Thoroughbreds. Waugh, who leads the TLA in hits with 185, went 4-for-4 in the 22-9 Blue Jays win. The Blue Jays, now 93-9, have won 15 in a row.

Wesley Abbey helped out the Toronto cause in the top of the first inning with a run-scoring ground out. For the game, the center fielder was 3 for 5 with a triple and 2 singles.

"We feel like we're going to win every game right now," said Toronto skipper Bryan Fulcher.
