Bolen Hits 2 home runs in Heat Win
Heat left fielder Warren Bolen put his stamp on his team's 7-3 win over the Victoria Capitals. Bolen hit 2 home runs, while adding 4 RBI and scoring twice for Kelowna in the contest. Kelowna reliever Steve Danton was the winner. His record is now 1-0. Hudson Birley took the loss. Kelowna's record now stands at 17-18, placing them third in the Lester B. Person League West Division.

Kelowna took a 7-3 lead on Bolen's 10th home run of the season. The 3-run home run, which he hit off Alvin Muzyka in the bottom of the seventh, propelled Kelowna to the win.

Bolen told a Kelowna Chronicle reporter that he was "satisfied" with the win.
