The Saskatoon Legends powered past the Montreal Royales, 15-13, at Eliminators Ballpark. Tristan Wolochow provided some of the pop. He was 3 for 5 with a home run, a double, and a walk, while scoring 3 times and driving in 4. Jimmy Downey got the win, improving to 4-4. He pitched 6.2 innings, giving up 8 hits and 6 runs, while striking out 7 and walking 2. Allen Newcomb nailed down the save.

In the top of the fourth, Saskatoon right fielder Ron Colgan had a productive at-bat. With the bases loaded and one out, Colgan stroked a run-scoring single to center. It made the score 2-0, Saskatoon. For the game, he was 2 for 4 with 2 singles, a walk, and was hit by a pitch. He drove in 2 runs and scored once.

"No time for flexing," said Wolochow. "It's always one game at a time."
