The Tulsa Titans and Arlington Stars obliged fans hoping for an exciting game.

Tulsa starter Edgar Villalpando pitched well against the Arlington Stars at Titans Park. The right-hander led his team to a win, 5-4. The Titans now have a record of 52-45 with the win over Arlington.

Josh Borga had a big bases-clearing triple for the Titans in the bottom of the fifth inning. With Tulsa leading 2-1 and the bases loaded, he got a fastball from fireballing right-hander Tim Phillips and swatted a triple to left-center. It was his 9th triple of the season, and more importantly, it put the Titans ahead, 5-1.

Borga attributed the win to his team's "grittiness."
