Saskatoon's Crawley Goes Ballistic with 5 Hits
No matter what the Niagara Stars threw at him today, Zander Crawley hit it. He easily handled Stars pitching, going 5 for 5 and helping the Legends to a 6-5 triumph at Drummondville College Grounds.

"The way I was swinging today, I think I could have closed my eyes and hit the ball," he told BNN reporters in the postgame interview.

Told of Crawley's quip, Stars skipper Bob Costas said he "would take him up on that next time."

Zander Crawley singled in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, hit a solo-shot off Jerome Woodside in the 7th and hit an RBI single in the 8th.

In his season totals Crawley has 8 home runs and a .361 batting average.
