The Niagara Stars bested the Kelowna Heat, 11-2, at Drummondville College Grounds. Jack Dumont was named player of the game. He was 1 for 2 with a home run and 2 walks, while scoring 2 times and driving in 3. The Stars now have a record of 11-13.
Dumont came through with some timely hitting for Niagara. With the score 0-0 in the bottom of the third and one down, Dumont hit a full count curveball for a 3-run home run. His 3rd home run of the season made it 3-0, Niagara.
